Bled

Bled is a magnificent alpine resort, situated on the border with Triglav National Park. It was named a paradise by Slovenia’s greatest poet France Prešeren. The greatest effect on the unique landscape was given by the glacier, which left behind a beautiful lake with an island. Bled can boast with the oldest castle in Slovenia which was a home of the Brixen priests.
